How many people can each tent hold?

Our 10x20 tents can accommodate four 6ft or 8ft tables for a total of 24-32 people.

Our 10x15 tent can accommodate three 6ft or 8ft tables for a total of 18-24 people.

Our 10x10 tents can accommodate two 6ft tables or 8ft tables for a total of 12-16 people. Our 10x10 tents are more popular to have tables underneath for the food and beverages.


How long are your rental periods? How much extra for an additional day?

Our rental periods are normally 24-48 hours.

We usually deliver rentals on Friday afternoon/evening or Saturday morning. We then pick them back up on Sunday.

If renting for longer than 72 hours, we would discuss a weekly rate.

The weekly rate changes depending on the items. For example, ten 6ft tables would cost $100 for up to 72 hours and $180 for a week.

Is set up and tear down included in the rental fee?

Set up and tear down fees are included in the pricing for all tents.

We set up tables and chairs for a prorated rate of $80/hour. If it takes less than an hour to set up we refund you the prorated amount at completion of rental.


At what times do you set up tents? What about tear down?

We are flexible about set up and tear down times. Usually we find customers prefer the tents to be set up the morning of the event and torn down the morning after the event. We do our best to cater to whatever times work best for you!

Can your tents be used in windy or rainy conditions?

We stake our tents for every rental as well as use weights to secure them. The tents can be used in certain wind and rainy conditions, but cannot be used in high winds or in heavy rain/snow. We have a clause in our agreements for cancellation due to weather events. If we ever have to cancel on a customer due to weather conditions they will be refunded.

How many people can sit at each table?

Our 6ft banquet tables can sit up to 6 people comfortably. Our 8ft banquet tables can sit up to 8 people comfortably. You can choose to sit an additional 2 at the ends of each table. 2-3 people can comfortably stand at each high top table.

Is there a minimum order?

No, we do not have a minimum order. We take small and large rentals!

What other fees are there for rentals?

The additional fees are as followed:

1) Delivery/Pickup fee. We base this on the distance from our office in Maple Grove as well as on the weight of the rental items. We charge more for tents as they weight more. This applies to a large rental of tables and chairs as well.

2) Processing fee. If you pay directly through the invoice via credit/debit card there is a 3.72% processing fee. You can avoid this by paying via check, venmo, or cashapp.

3) Of course, standard taxes which is a rate of 9.025%.

4) Set up fee for tables and chairs. This is a prorated rate of $80/hour.

Is there a deposit to secure rental?

Yes, we require a 25% deposit upon booking for all rental items booked more than 1 week in advance. The deposit goes towards the final balance. We do not require a deposit for last minute rentals.

The deposit is refundable if you cancel 15 or more days before the delivery date. If you cancel within 14 days of the delivery date, we do not refund the deposit.

Do you allow customers to pick up rental items?

We allow customers to pick up tables, chairs, lawn games, and beverage dispensers. We do not allow customers to pick up tents as we setup every tent we rent. We also cannot allow customers to pick up cocktail tables due to multiple damages occurring in the past.

If we don’t use an item that we rented, do you process a refund?

No we do not process refunds for unused items. We charge based on the time you have the equipment and not based on usage of item.

Is cleaning required before returning rental items?

Gosh no! We do not ask our customers to clean before returning rental items. We make sure to clean and sanitize each item after every rental. We do kindly ask that you rinse out the beverage dispensers prior to returning.
